The Pike County Sheriff's Department is seeking information on stolen recyclable construction materials such as copper and aluminum electrical wire, copper tubing and other metal materials.  The thefts in question are occurring in the southern and eastern areas of Pike County.  If you have any information on these thefts, please call 285-1500. If the information you provide leads to the arrest of individuals involved, you will receive a reward.

This weeks Fugitive of the Week is Cody Lee Bainter.  Bainter is wanted on a $4,000.00 Pike County Warrant for Burglary and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Bainter is a 19 year old white male. Bainter is 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighs 139 pounds, has brown hair and green eyes.  Bainter's last known address is in Quincy Illinois.


If you know the whereabouts of Bainter, please call The Pike County Crime Stoppers at 217-285-1500. If the information you provide leads to Bainter's arrest, you will be eligible for a cash reward.
